Sweet Deliciousness

So last Sunday I decided to try my hand at making Indian food. I found a recipe for naan bread, coconut rice, and Chicken Tikka Masala. I was really nervous because I had never made Indian food before and we were having the Bentons over for dinner. Lucky for me it was delicious, seriously, it was as good as Bombay house. It not my skills, it was the recipe. It was so good. In fact Tyler liked it so much that he asked me to make it again for his birthday, tomorrow. I'm big on getting what you want for your birthday, so Chicken Tikka Masala it is. Originally we were going to go to Bombay House, but Tyler would rather stay home because he's somewhat antisocial, and he has an O-chem test coming up.

I am also making Tyler Mohn Kuchen for his birthday which is his favorite German cake. I has a layer of what is essentially pure poppy seed. I just hope he doesn't have to take a drug test any time soon. ;). Then we are going to watch Hell Boy II which I have refused to see up until now. It should be a good day for Tyler.
