Let's start at the very beginning, a very good place to start.
On New Years Eve Tyler and I went to the Benton's apartment for a raucous and jubilant fete. We watched The Scarlett Pimpernel and played games until the wee hours of the morning. Marissa and I kicked Tyler and Terry's arse, multiple times. There were moments of pure genius and some very lucky rolling involved, but we won hands down. Apparently those festivities were not sufficient because we reprised them the next day.
Tyler started school after that and so far that has been going well. He has Tuesdays and Thursdays off, so he doesn't wake up until about noon on those days. Last semester he had classes at 8 in the morning every day so that is a welcomed relief.
For the past couple of days we have had my friend her husband and baby staying with us because she is in preterm labor and needs to be near the hospital rather than in park city where she lives. Her daughter calls me Da Becca and Tyler Tyla. She is so cute and freaks out if we try to leave.
Anyways, it's been eventful and I am ready for things to slow down and get back to normal. We'll see how that goes.
